A shared community of practice for movement organisers, change leaders, and practitioners navigating fundraising and resourcing work.

The Reservoir is an emerging space created to respond to an ever persistent reality: too much of fundraising and resourcing work is still carried in isolation. Change leaders are expected to make sense of scattered opportunities, navigate relationships and uncertainty, deal with rejection, and make difficult strategic decisions, often with limited time, limited access, and very little space to think things through with others who understand the work.

Through curated resources, Peer Resourcing Circles, and focused Practical Deep Dives, The Reservoir creates more space for shared learning, practical support, and honest exchange around what it takes to resource organising work and influence how it's done.

FUNDING FIELD GUIDE

A practical guide to relevant funding opportunities for climate and social justice organising

Untitled design (5).png

The Funding Field Guide brings together relevant funding opportunities for climate and social justice organising, making it easier to find opportunities, cut through scattered information, and decide where limited time and energy are best spent.

We also offer accompanying 'How To' sessions on using the guide more strategically. We're working to grow this into a more community-owned resource that pools opportunities and knowledge more collectively.

In the meantime, we encourage you to share any relevant opportunities with us at hello@reimaginechange.org.

PEER RESOURCING CIRCLES

Small-group spaces for live fundraising and resourcing challenges

Untitled design (5).png

Monthly 1-hour exchange sessions for organisers to tackle live fundraising or wider resourcing questions. These are honest, practical, and non-performative spaces to think things through with others. Bring a real challenge, hear how others are navigating similar issues, and leave with more clarity, perspective, and at least one clear next step.

Each session is lightly structured so it can stay responsive to what is most live in the room, while still creating enough shape for reflection, collective thinking, and practical movement. This is not a fixed cohort and not a generic training, rather a space people can return to over time when they need fresh perspective, exchange, or support in getting unstuck.

PRACTICAL DEEP DIVES

Focused sessions responding to recurring questions, patterns & themes

These sessions respond to recurring questions and pressure points emerging through the wider offering, whether that is how to prioritise opportunities, interpret funder interactions, follow up, build relationships, or decide where effort is most worth investing.

Rather than designing topics in the abstract, these sessions will grow from the patterns and needs surfacing through the guide, circles, and wider community. That helps keep them specific, relevant, and grounded in lived need. Sign up to our community list to receive invites to upcoming deep dives and other offerings.
